（中央社記者葉素萍台北14日電）國民黨連日攻擊民進黨總統參選人蔡英文炒地，律師暨民進黨發言人黃帝穎今天說，下午將控告國民黨立委蔡正元、王育敏與前立委邱毅，違反總統選罷法第90條，意圖使人不當選。
國民黨連日質疑蔡英文買賣土地案，蔡英文今天面對媒體追問，罕見地動了火氣。
黃帝穎說，下午將對蔡正元、王育敏、邱毅3人提告，指控3人違反「總統副總統選舉罷免法」第90條，散布謠言，意圖使人不當選。
民進黨發言人王閔生表示，民進黨原不想隨著抹黑的手段起舞，但民進黨要求3人道歉，3人仍不知悔改，已逾越法律界線，只好提告。1041214
